Over the 4 sessions, we’ll explore questions and answers about how to manage – and then eliminate – stress:
- Can I talk myself into being anxious? Do I do that now?
- What does it mean for ME to relax and how do I really do that?
- At what point does forgiveness overtake resentment?
- Is stress ever a healthy choice?
- How does what I eat put me where I am on my stress-relaxation spectrum?
This course provides you with tools, tips, techniques, and tactics that address these questions and many more! You’ll learn proven, interesting ways to “play to your strengths” so that you dance with your stress instead of being paralyzed by it. And, best of all, this interactive class helps you discover transformation techniques that best suit YOU, then master them with ease.
