Penelope Olson
Personal and Professional Development
Biography
Penelope Olson is the founder of Flexibility Strategies International.
Part of Penelope’s life mission is to develop and deliver tools for transforming stress into strength through nutrition and effective communication. She founded Flexibility Strategies, her Massachusetts-based personal and professional development firm, to facilitate getting these long-term, multi-layered empowerment strategies out to the rest of the world.
Along with degrees in Holistic Nutrition and Counseling Psychology, Penelope’s professional background ranges from being a professional ballet dancer to being a counselor to being a Manager in the health and technology industries. This breadth of experience gives her critical insights into flexible approaches to wellness and professional growth. She now shares these strategies with others through life coaching, workshops, teleseminars, and retreats.
As a child, Penelope began her flexibility training in ballet. Today, intense training in multiple healing modalities gives her powerful mental, emotional, spiritual, AND physical flexibility (she still does cartwheels and front splits with her grandchildren!) She brings her unparalleled commitment to fun to experiences like trapeze school and lessons with the elder shaman of the Huichol Indians. In short, Penelope is a poster child for Baby Boomers who enjoy the rewards of multi-faceted, whole-life flexibility.
In the professional realm, Penelope’s classes have been some of the most popular offerings at brick-and-mortar institutions like Cambridge College. She’s now bringing those innovative wisdoms to FMG University’s course list.
We’re delighted to welcome Penelope to our FMG University faculty as a Charter Instructor!
